  • Fabric inspection
    Inspecting every roll of fabric ordered from fabric suppliers, to ensure no defected fabric used on our products.
  • Tube diameter inspection
  • Tube wall thickness measurement
  • Tube hardness testing
Each batch of steel and aluminium tube purchased from the suppliers will not only be inspected its diameter and wall thickness, but also will be tested its hardness, this is to make sure the main component of the product can meet the customer's requirement and ensure no quality issue occured due to incorrect tube specification used.

  • Product appearance inspection
    In order to assure no appearance defects on SUNSHINE’s products and meet customers’ order requirement.
  • Impact inspection
    The basic standard for US market is 225lbs impact testing, while European requirement is 25kgs free falling down 10 times onto the seater. It is to ensure the strength and safety of the products. The product will not collapse or deform when the machine simulates human sitting down heavily.
  • Static loading inspection
    Each batch of the products produced by us will conduct the 24-48 hours static loading testing, to ensure no structural damage, component deformation or other defects happened during the outdoor use.
