Salt spray testing
The testing is to ensure no oxidation or rust happened on the hardware surface after it is put into 5% concentration of salt water and boiled for 24 hours or more. The company’s basic requirement on product’s hardware is to pass the 24 hours salt spray testing, 48+ hours testing requirement can also be reached according to customer’s requirement.

Fatigue test contains the tests of armrests, backrests, seat surface of the chair, and table, it makes SUNSHINE’s products comply with EN581 test standards.
These testing machines simulate human use of the product under the high frequency of sitting, pressing armrest and impacting chair backrest.
For example, the fatigue test for sit surface of the camping chair.
There is no structural damage, components deformation or other defects after applying 1000N force, loading 12,500 times on the loading point in the sitting surface of chairs. The pass of fatigue testing provides more safety experience of the products.

In order to make SUNSHINE’s products comply with the EN581 test standard. We will do the front, side and rear stability testing after the product produced.
This testing is to ensure that the product does not tilt or tip over under any external forces during people using it.
Impact and static loading testing
Impact testing
The basic standard for US market is 225lbs impact testing, while European requirement is 25kgs free falling down 10 times onto the seater. It is to ensure the strength and safety of the products. The product will not collapse or deform when the machine simulates human sitting down heavily.
Static loading testing
Each batch of the products produced by us will conduct the 24-48 hours static loading testing, to ensure no structural damage, component deformation or other defects happened during the outdoor use.
